SubjectWelcome to Wellnessivity — your new employee wellness resource

Hi team,

We’re excited to introduce Wellnessivity, a new employee wellness resource designed to make credible health information easier to use in real life.

This is not another program to finish. Wellnessivity gives you a fresh monthly focus, practical short reads, deeper guided learning, and a library you can explore whenever a question matters to you. There are no points to earn, participation requirements, or individual progress reports.

When you open Wellnessivity, you’ll see three places to begin:

  • This Month — Start with the current wellness focus, main article, weekly Quick Hits, and optional monthly invitation.
  • Pathways — Explore a subject more deeply through a guided, chapter-by-chapter experience. Move at your own pace; progress is not tracked.
  • Wellness Library — Browse or search standalone articles whenever you want useful information about a specific topic.
