What do employees actually receive?
Each month includes a substantial Monthly Focus, four short weekly Quick Hits, a featured learning Pathway, and access to the ongoing Wellness Library. Employees choose how much they want to explore.
How much work does HR need to do?
Copy the prepared launch email and four weekly follow-ups into your company’s email system, and post the QR poster for employee access. You do not need to research the subject, write the education, upload a roster, or administer challenges.
What if our health plan already provides wellness materials?
Those resources may already meet your needs. Wellnessivity adds a focused monthly learning experience, connects practical lessons with deeper explanations, and prepares the communications. Explore the sample month to decide whether that combination adds value for your organization.
Does Wellnessivity track individual employee activity?
Employers do not receive individual reading histories or wellness scores. Wellnessivity uses anonymous aggregate measures and limited operational information to maintain the service. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Wellnessivity is a month-to-month subscription with no minimum commitment. You can cancel through your billing settings at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and payments are generally not refunded or prorated. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Do employees need to create accounts?
No. Employees use the employer-provided link, QR code, or workplace code. They do not need individual wellness profiles or passwords. HR administrators have separate organization accounts.
Is this medical advice or a clinical wellness program?
No. Wellnessivity provides general education. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions, provide individual clinical advice, or replace professional care.
Can employees explore topics beyond the current month?
Yes. An active subscription includes the broader available Wellness Library and Pathways. This public experience is limited to a sample month.
How quickly can we start?
Once payment and organization setup are complete, you'll have access to the current Monthly Focus, ready-to-share HR materials, and the broader educational resources. Your team can start sharing Wellnessivity with employees right away.
Does signing up through a brokerage change the price?
No. Wellnessivity is $200 per company, per month, plus applicable tax, whether you enroll directly or through a participating brokerage. Both provide the same service. Use your brokerage’s original enrollment link to keep the introduction connected.
