If a participating brokerage introduced you, use its original Wellnessivity enrollment link. A valid invitation carries the brokerage relationship into enrollment. The price is $200 per company, per month, plus applicable tax, whether you enroll directly or through a brokerage.

The “How did you hear about us?” field in direct enrollment does not assign brokerage attribution.

Your brokerage introduction does not change the price or the service you receive.
