Use your work email or an access code from your employer. We’ll send a secure, time-limited link to confirm the address you control. No password, employee profile, seat, or wellness activity history is created.

Links expire quickly. Work-email access lasts eight hours and employer-code access lasts 30 days, subject to current employer coverage and credential status. Your employer may receive an aggregate monthly count of verified access, never what you read or search for.
